"Thoroughly impressed with Isabelle's talk to third year Creative Writing students at AUB. Clear, professional and packed full of valuable, practical information for life beyond university. We'll be inviting Isabelle back for future sessions!"

- Dr James Cole, Course Leader, Creative Writing at AUB

“Isabelle gave two engaging presentations to Year 8 pupils, adapting brilliantly to different settings—with and without a projector. Her talk covered her career, entry into publishing, collaborations with poets and scientists, and her own poetry, including the Planet in Peril competition.
Her confident, age-appropriate delivery combined humour with serious themes like environmentalism and creative resilience. Pupils and staff thoroughly enjoyed the session, which included thoughtful discussion on ‘found’ poetry and writing inspired by science.
We’re keen to make this an annual event and are even exploring the idea of publishing an anthology of student poetry inspired by her visit.”
